Reusable Definition | This is not a bag ban- it is a reduction plan in 4 phases. The predevelopment phase is currently being undertaken. The education fee must be implemented by 1/1/2015. The incentive plan is implemented in 1/1/2017. If within the next year the reduction goals are not met, they will add a fee to plastic bags in 2018. |
