Details:
  • Recycled content paper bag" shall mean a paper bag that is one hundred percent recyclable and contains a minimum of forty percent post-consumer recycled material, which a food service establishment or restaurant provides to a customer at the point of sale or otherwise for the purpose of carrying goods, including food, out of the food service establishment or restaurant. The word "Recyclable" shall be legibly printed on the outside of the bag, as well as the name and location of the manufacturer and the percentage of post-consumer recycled material used to manufacture the bag.
Reusable Definition Reusable bag" shall mean a bag specifically designed and manufactured for extensive reuse, which is made of cloth, other machine washable fabric, or durable plastic that is at least 2.25 mils thick, and which a food service establishment or restaurant provides to a customer at the point of sale or otherwise for the purpose of carrying goods, including food, out of the food service establishment or restaurant.
