Reusable Definition
Reusable carryout bag means a bag with handles that is specifically designed and manufactured for multiple reuse and is either (i) made of cloth or other machine washable fabric, (ii) made of durable plastic that is at least 2.25 mils thick, or (iii) defined as a reusable bag by the commissioner.

Any business required to be licensed per 14-15 that provides carryout bags
Fees
$0.05 for any carry out bag
