Reusable Carryout Bag: A Reusable Carryout Bag means one that satisfies all of the following requirements: 1. It is made solely of or in a combination of natural cloths, synthetic fibers, other washable material; or of a non-toxic plastic (as defined by applicable state and federal regulations) that is no less than 3 mils thick; and 2. It is specifically designed for reuse.
