A bag that: 1. Is designed and manufactured to withstand repeated uses over a period of time; 2. Is made from a material that can be cleaned and disinfected regularly; 3. Is at least two and one-fourth (2.25) mils thick if made from plastic; and 4. Has the capability of carrying a minimum of eighteen (18) pounds.
